Refund and Returns Policy

At Zebity, we value your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be initiated within 10 days from purchase or up to 48 hours after delivery
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact.
  • You must provide a valid Proof of Purchase (Order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable products
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. The Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [ ] with your order number, picture of the defaulting item, and the reason for the return.
  2. Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on where to send the package or schedule a pickup (if applicable).
  3. Verification: Upon receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed:

  • Method: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer or card refund) or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
  • Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size/item sent by us. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our support team.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Zebity will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it), you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the standard Return Process outlined above.
